In my opinion is this the signature of the renown German sculptor and porcelain designer Berthold Boeß (also: Boess). Boeß predominantly created porcelain figurines for ENS and ROSENTHAL, particularly his dancing ladies are well known. The signature on your Galluba figurine is done in Sütterlin/Suetterlin (an outdated German writing-style).
